CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Your appointments are very important to me. Appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or service changes.

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file.

Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of service scheduled.

Should this happen more than 3x in a calendar year, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments online.


STUDIO POLICY + FAQ

2024 SALON + OFFICE HOURS:

I am in salon for services on the following days:

FRI/SAT/SUN     10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

MON/TUES    12:00 PM - 08:00 PM

While I am with scheduled guests, I will exclusively answer text messages from guests entering the building or guests on my wait list.

I am in office for returning all other pertinent messages, voice and emails:

TUE 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

WED 11:00AM - 12:00 PM

I only communicate by telephone, text and email. For the security of sensitive salon guest information, I do not communicate via Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media messaging platform.

SERVICE PRICING + IN SERVICE INCREASE:

All service prices are listed online as starting at prices. Oftentimes, this price does not change unless more time or product is required to meet your goals.

In the event more product or time is necessary to complete your requested service, the price will increase incrementally based on the amount required to complete the service. If you are unsure of what service(s) to book, please book an “In-Person Consultation” for an estimate.

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS: 

All appointment requests are first come first serve, 100% automated and designed to accommodate your preferred time within +/- 30 minutes based on current availability. All requests are subject to approval or denial within 48 hrs. You do not have an appointment until you receive an approval.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING:

Each approved appointment will populate a separate text link and email link to your appointment details. Use this link to make any changes to your currently scheduled appointments, as well as any future bookings you may have made in salon, up to 24 hours in advance.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS: 

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut or color service, do let me know within 10 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. 

DEPOSITS:

High commitment services sometimes will require a deposit to secure an appointment. While deposits are non-refundable, they are transferable to a future service appointment.

RETAIL EXCHANGE POLICY:

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 14 days from your initial purchase. 

REFUNDS:

Refunds are not offered on deposits, services, or retail purchases. I am more than happy to adjust services at no cost and exchange retail for something that would better suit your needs if notified within the above time frames. 

RUNNING LATE: 

If you are running any later than 10 minutes we may need to adjust to a smaller service in order for me to run on time for my other appointments. Send me a text message as soon as you know you will be later than originally planned.

IF YOU’RE FEELING UNWELL 🤒  

If you’re feeling ill the day of your appointment or 24 hours prior, please send me a text message as soon as you make the decision not to come.

IF I’M FEELING UNWELL 🤧

If I cannot provide my guests with 100% of me, I will not do them a disservice and come to work. If I am unwell the day of the appointment or 24 hours before, I will reschedule your appointment for the next possible availability. I will contact you directly via text to discuss possible reschedule dates as soon as I make the decision not to come in.

CHILDREN IN THE SALON

Kids are only allowed in the salon when receiving services. That way, you can relax during your appointment and get that much needed R&R time! I personally do not provide services to children under the age of 14, but other salon professionals in my studio may, and this is their policy as well.

COVID-19 POLICY

Facial Coverings are no longer mandatory for Personal Service Providers in the State of Oregon as of 03/11/2022. If you would like to wear a facial covering during your service, you may - if you would like me to wear one, please feel free to request that I do so! I am more than happy to accommodate.
